Train the Trainers Course – Age UK (UK)

The Train the Trainers course was delivered on a one-to-one basis, as the five volunteers are spread around the region. The final session, 10 January 2018, 4 of them joined the Age UK Project Manager in a joint session, to discuss the evaluation and the next steps for the project.

The course resources were well received and the volunteers are enthusiastic to continue as soon as possible. All feel that the planned ‘How To’ learning resources on the website have the potential to be very useful.

They suggested that we test the resources with older people as they are created and have offered to organise this; obviously, this offer was agreed – a great idea.
