Trainers’ Training in Spain

In San Sebastian, Spain, both Spanish Partners CDEA and ERROTU have already finished their Train of the Trainers course.

The training has been developed from November to December and five trainers have been trained in order to acquire the necessary knowledge to teach ICT to elderly people. A trainer from Errotu and four trainers from CDEA were trained.

All trainers had previous experience in teaching but not to this specific collective which they have found very different from their “usual” students.

The satisfaction degree of the trainers has been high and we face a really interesting challenge satisfying the expectations created around the training process with elderly people.
